What is the best way to care for my jewelry?
- Gently wipe your jewelry with the cloth provided after each wear.
- Store your jewelry in the pouch provided or in a air tight container
- Avoid chlorine, salt water or any chemicals going on your jewelry (this includes perfume, sunscreen, lotions, etc)
- Before getting a good nights rest, let your jewelry rest too, take it off and store at the end of each day.
I haven't received my order yet. Help!
Your tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email sent when your order shipped shipped.
If you believe your order should have arrived by now, please reach out to us at danglewithcare@dangel-jewelry.com with your name and order number, and we’ll gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
When will my order shipped?
Since each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, please allow 3 to 4 business days for the creation and processing of your order before it is shipped.
(For holidays, product launches, and sales, please allow 4 to 7 business days for shipping.)
Do you have a storefront location?
No, we are only online.
I'm sending a gift, can you include a card?
We love to send gifts, of course. Write your note on your order notes on the cart page. We'll include something with your order so they know its from you.
What is your return policy?
As a small, handcrafted business, we handle every order personally with care and with the attention it deserves, which means we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after 24 hours. For more, click here.
How will the charms be placed on my chain?
Our designers will select the best placement for the charms on your chain. If you have a particular order in mind, please include those details in the order notes on your cart.
Can I just order charms?
Yes you can!
Do you ship for special events
Yes we do. We can provide custom charm kits for birthday parties, bridal showers or something special. Contact us.
